Data-centric design, meet seamless handover

Part 1 of our Data-Centric Design Series

On-Demand Webinar

We may design the most cutting-edge plant, but if operators can't quickly get it to nameplate production, the project is a failure. Design and operations must work together — EPCs and OOs — to ensure that the plant, as specified, is the plant as delivered. The best way to do this is via data-centric design processes, which foster transparency across the project regarding design alternatives and choices, and project status. This ensures the project meets time and cost targets, sustainability, and other goals. Everyone has access, in context, to the information they need. Design assets can be repurposed for construction scheduling, operator training, maintenance planning, and more.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How data-centric approaches are essential to quick, agile, collaborative innovation
  • How this form of engineering creates valuable assets that can be reused downstream to ensure streamlined operations
  • How industry innovators are using digital transformation to shift the focus to value digital assets as highly as physical assets
